If you return the product within 10 days of receiving it, we will give you a full refund.

When shopping online, you only have photos and comments, so you may be worried. Most of our products are handmade and made from natural materials, so each product may differ slightly when you look closely.
We try to post photos that are as close to the actual item as possible, but we understand that you may be thinking "I can't really tell until I see it in person" or "I'm worried because it's a gift."
For such reasons, we guarantee that if you wish to return the product for your own reasons, you can do so within 10 days of receiving the product, and we will give you a full refund of the product price.
Therefore, we would like you to check the contents of the product immediately after it arrives. If you would like to return the product after that, please call our store first. We will ask you the reason for the return and immediately arrange for the return.

Return Shipping Fee

In the case of returns due to customer's convenience, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer, but in the case of defective products, the cost will be borne by our company.
