We do not normally ship internationally. If you require international shipping, please contact us by email.

Products are usually delivered on the same day or the next day at the earliest, or within 4 days at the latest after your order is confirmed (after payment is confirmed in the case of bank transfer or postal transfer), but we also accept requests for delivery dates and times. Please enter this information on the order screen. Please specify a delivery date that is 4 days or later after your order is confirmed (after payment is confirmed in the case of bank transfer or postal transfer).

◆There may be times when the store is closed due to POPUP events at department stores, etc. In that case, we will notify you.

You can also choose from the following delivery time slots:
○Morning ○12:00-14:00 ○14:00-16:00 ○16:00-18:00 ○18:00-20:00 ○19:00-21:00

◆The normal price is 600 yen + tax, but for purchases over 10,000 yen, we offer free shipping, so you can shop with peace of mind.
◆For purchases of less than 10,000 yen, shipping to Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas will be 1,200 yen. (Delivery will be by Yu-Pack)
*For Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas, we will use Yu-Pack. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request.
◆Depending on the product's stock status, we may not be able to deliver it on the desired delivery date. In this case, we will contact you.
