Manufacturing Philosophy
<<of one flesh>>
Many of BAHARI's products are manufactured in Thailand.
The founder of BAHARI, who is also a craftsman, visits factories around the world and makes his decisions based on not only the factory representatives, but also the infrastructure, environment, cleanliness, and above all, the eyes of the craftsmen.
Without the motivation and ambition of each craftsman, it would be impossible to create beautiful works. It is said that things have a "soul," and BAHARI believes this to be the case.
In Japan, made-to-order production is the norm, but we create all of our products by hand, working with artisans who are well-versed in the materials used, such as garusha and crocodile leather.
We design using CAD, create and cut molds with dimensions measured in millimeters, and then drill holes using a special method, carefully making each one.
We have grown together with factories that understand BAHARI's quality.
We appreciate the materials, utilize them, and pass them on to the future.
From the craftsmen involved in BAHARI to the sales staff,
"As one body and soul"
We share the same philosophy and will continue to convey the beauty, greatness, and importance of this material.
